This option gives you a professional packing team, packing your possessions with professional packing materials, bubblewrap, mattress bags etc, and you load your items onto your own vehicle, whether it be a rental or borrowed or? and you proceed to do the remainder of the job yourself but still having the knowledge that all loose items have been packed/wrapped in a professional way. Remember also that furniture pads and dollies can also be rented from the Box Spot at very competitive rates, thus insuring that you will have all back saving products that a professional mover would have (and hopefully you only have to do it once or twice in a lifetime, not every day)!
